(More customer reviews)I bought the book before attending ground school and sim training on the B-727. It was my first introduction to the jet and what a way to start. The author is extremely knowledgeable about the jet and has spent a great deal of his carreer in the aircraft. Along with just about every nuance of the jet that you can dream of knowing, the author shares his many "rules of thumb" that are important to know with this aircraft because it is definetly a pilots plane! You don't have to be a pilot to own this book, you just have to have an affinity for the 72. I believe it was definetly a labor of love for the author, it shows.
