This book is Excellent in describing the culture change and challenges of a mega-military project and its transformation into one of the most success military projects in history. As the Rudolph Factor describes any organization's "diamonds in the rough," it also informs the reader of what it took to make the successful changes become a reality. I was part of this C-17 transformation story and each detail is accurate and true. The authors have done a great job of gathering the facts that made the C-17 Military Globemaster III story what it is today. It is the best military cargo plane in the world. It is an honor to be part of this great story as I have lived it.
