(More customer reviews)I purchased this book as a soon-to-be MBA graduate going to work for one of the leading airlines. I must say that it did not fulfill my expectations. It IS a very good brief overview of the major issues and concerns that air carriers face. As such it may be very useful to those unfamiliar with the industry at all and those with only a limited business background. For students at a graduate level, I cannot recommend this book.
