The study provides some interesting data from recent history as well as some forecasts on the future of the industry. The study appears well structured and presents well. However, some of the simplifying assumptions and limitations of study make it less useful than a more exhaustive analysis. The authors, to their credit, do make clear what these assumptions and limitations are. In short, it's a good, quick overview of the industry and could make for a useful primer.
