(More customer reviews)Very nice book illustrating the development of the commuter/regional airplanes of the 1970's and 1980's and 1990's.
It shows how some companies were successful in producing some great planes while some others were not.
Great pictures !!!!

This title fills one of the few remaining gaps in Osprey's coverage of commercial aviation. Today hundreds of turboprop airliners connect major hubs with small airports in the US, Europe and Asia. Most big carriers, such as American Airlines and British Airways, operate subsidiaries equipped with the latest 14 to 70-seat commuters, including the ATR 72, Saab 2000/340, Boeing's Dash 7/8, Jetstream 41, Beech 1900, Fokker 50, Embraer Brazilia, Dornier 228, and more.
